After the initial cleaning

Inspired by a faint wine stain on the carpet, After the initial cleaning serves as a metaphor for memory and the past.

Willy Tay reflects on how experiences leave lasting traces that shape us, even as we try to forget.

The work offers a quiet meditation on memory, consequence, and the passage of time.
