About this Role
iPreciation is seeking a full-time driver to support our Managing Director and gallery staff. The role involves transporting the team to client appointments, delivering artworks to clients, and assisting with errands and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Chauffeur the Managing Director and gallery staff to client appointments
- Deliver artworks to clients safely and with care
- Run basic errands as required
- Assist with the team with logistics when assigned and attend to all duties with care
Requirements
- Valid Class 3 driving license
- Own car is preferred for ease of access. A company vehicle will be provided for work-related duties where assigned.
- Basic medical fitness is required due to the nature of work assigned.
- No smoking is allowed during work hours.
- Familiar with Singapore roads, road names, and routes, and proficient in using GPS navigation applications such as Google Maps or Waze.
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) applicants only
- Punctuality is expected for all staff members
- Able to commit to the working hours stated below
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
How to Apply

Candidates who wish to schedule an interview should contact the gallery at least 1 day in advance. We do not accept direct walk-ins without prior appointment.

Job Description
We are looking for an intern with a go-getter spirit – detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and willing to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The intern is required to work with auction, artist and artwork information in both English and Mandarin. They should also possess efficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software and basic photography skills would be an added advantage.
Being an intern with iPreciation will allow the individual to learn how art exhibitions may be conceptualised and planned, how we work with the artists, and get involved with the behind-the-scenes work of an art gallery. To learn in a real, live and practical environment, our interns will be expected to provide assistance in the organization of exhibition shows through installation and co-ordination, maintenance of gallery inventory and equipment, execution of programmes, creation and dissemination of art news updates to database and public, as well as research and archiving.
Objective and Learning Outcomes
1. Immerse in the full spectrum of commercial exhibition and artworks dealing cycle, such as and not limited to:
- selection of artworks for exhibitions
- following up with artists’ progress in artwork creation
- exhibition space planning
- preparation and dissemination of press releases to media outlets
- exhibition installation and de-installation
- exhibition preview reception planning
- artist’s talk liaison
- client servicing
- following up on sales enquiry till the delivery of acquired artworks to clients’ places
2. Learn how the production of commercial exhibitions has a different approach from institutions.
3. Future Direction – Besides careers with institutions or becoming a curator or teacher, there are other opportunities such as in fine art galleries, private art dealers, auction houses, art fairs companies, art insurance and fine arts and jewelry logistics industries.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm, Saturday – 11am to 3pm or 2pm to 6pm.
- During private preview evenings, reception duty will be required.
