iPreciation’s mission is to be a world-class advocate for our clients in the development, presentation and execution of public art and other large scale commissioned art projects, with an emphasis on the integration of art, architecture, and the urban and natural environments.
We are committed to the development of museum quality art projects for an international clientele, advocating the value art can bring to achieve community integration and economic and cultural objectives. By creating programmes in public spaces, this transformation of shared spaces will engage the community and inspire corporations, developers, architects and institutions to partake in cultural production, knowledge sharing and contribute towards a thriving and vibrant society.
iPreciation prides itself on being equipped with in-depth knowledge, expertise and experience to provide professional consultancy services to both individual and corporate entities. To date, we completed a few notable permanent public art acquisitions internationally, including the Azia Centre in Pudong Shanghai, The Exchange in Tienjing, Gandaria City in South Jakarta, Menara Standard Chartered in Kuala Lumpur and The Exchange Square in Hong Kong. In Singapore, our public art projects can be seen at United Square, Keppel Harbourfront, One-North, The Metropolis and most recently at CapitaGreen.
Over the last ten years, iPreciation has organized numerous large scale public art projects in Singapore and internationally. In 2004, the gallery co-organized with Singapore Art Museum to hold an island wide debut exhibition of Ju Ming’s Taichi Series sculptures including the premier of Taichi Arch at the Singapore Art Museum. In 2006 and 2010, we worked closely with the National Museum of China in Beijing to organize two Ju Ming exhibitions. In 2015, Ju Ming’s monumental Taichi sculptures enjoyed a four-month exhibition at the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Within the same year, recent works from the Living World Series sculptures completed a travelling exhibition across China’s four cities: Chengdu, Chongqing, Dalian and Shanghai.
Managing Director of iPreciation, Helina Chan, was the recipient of the coveted New Tourism Entrepreneur of 2005 by the Singapore Tourism Board, acknowledging the entrepreneur whose company has made major contributions to the tourism industry in Singapore.
