A2: Our artists were born mainly in Asia and are based all over the world, bringing with them their unique artistic influences, which gives us a wide range of contemporary Asian fine in our collection.

Q3: How do we select our artists?
A3: We select artists with distinctive works and original ideas.

For Paintings

Q1: Is the frame provided along with the artwork?
A1: Frames of artworks are subjected to availability, however, framing service will be provided should the service be required.
Q2: How will my artwork be delivered safely to my desired location?
A2: All artwork will be professionally wrapped and securely packed in custom fit boxes or wooden crates before delivery at the buyer’s cost.

For Sculptures

Q1: Is a pedestal provided with the sculpture?
A1: Pedestals are not provided with the sculptures, however, for convenience,  information and contacts of pedestal manufacturers will be provided should the service be required.
Q2: How will my sculpture be delivered safely to my desired location?
A2: All sculptures will be professionally wrapped and securely packed in a suitably sized carton box or a wooden crate before delivery at the buyer’s cost.

Q1: How can I find out more about a particular artwork featured?
A1: You can find out more about a particular artwork by dropping us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , or submitting your enquiries via our ‘Enquiry Cart on our website.
Q2: How can I found out more about an artist in iPRECIATION?
A2: The Artist profile page consists of an ‘Artist Profile’ link on the left column, consisting of a PDF file with the artist’s biography for your discernment.
Q3: How is the payment procedure for artwork in iPRECIATION?
A3: Please refer to process flow chart below.


Q4: How do I know if the payment has been completed?
A4: All payments will be processed immediately via major credit cards or inter-bank transfer, and we also accept cheques from all major local banks in Singapore dollars. We will notify you once the payment transaction has been completed.
Q5: What is the procedure of the handling of an artwork I purchased?
A5: Please refer to Part 3 for the handling of painting and Part 4 for the handling of sculptures.
Q6: When can expect the delivery of my purchased artwork upon successful payment transaction?
A6: Local (Singapore delivery) will be completed within 3 days and international delivery will be dependent on freight schedules administered under FEDEX or DHL.
Q7: Where can my artwork be delivered to?
A7: All local (Singapore) delivery will be done by in-house agents, all international delivery will be done by FEDEX or DHL and delivery locations will be dependent on FEDEX’s or DHL’s international delivery policies. Bulky shipment will be handled by a professional art shipper.
Q8: Is insurance provided for all shipping of artworks?
A8: Buyers are to arrange their own insurance for the shipping of their artworks.

Authentication and Quality Checks

Q1: How do I know if the artwork I purchased is authentic?
A1: All delivered artwork will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity signed by our artist and iPRECIATION Managing Director.
Q2: How do I ensure that the artwork is not damaged during freight?
A2: All artwork will be professionally wrapped and securely packed in an impact resistant fitting carton box or a wooden crate before delivery.
