Supported by the Public Sculptures Committee (PSC) under the purview of the Ministry of National Development, this was a monumental outdoor sculpture exhibition held at the One Fullerton Waterfront Promenade featuring artists Yuyu Yang (deceased), Cheung Yee, Sun Yu-li, Arthur Yang and Baet Yeok Kuan.

This event was held in conjunction with the launch of the Public Sculptures Master Plan, becoming t he first major sculpture exhibition in 2002 organised by a private art gallery. The public was treated to some 15 exquisite contemporary sculptures some of the most renowned Asian sculptors.
